First time I went to this clinic today for the first time. I had high hopes my experience here would be better than those at Capitol City Health Clinic, however, I would have to say my experience was terrible. I arrived early, before my 10 appointment, to fill out the necessary paperwork which involved stating my reason for being there. When it came time for me to see the doctor a nurse took my blood pressure and because it was high she said the doctor was going to send me to the ER. This was about two minutes of being in the back. The doctor never came to see or talk to me, nothing, not to mention I traveled 40 minutes for nothing and I was charged too. I felt very mistreated. I could see if the doctor came to see me I can understand being charged but he never attempted it not once. Terrible ethics. Terrible service. The almighty dollar is at work here.
