Very Awful Place! NEVER EVER SIGN lease with them!
Here are some REASONS NOT to Move in to this place:
1) Not Worthy of Rent you pay per month! Bad quality
2) Very Old Apartments, They Hire staff off the street!
3) Full of Rats, Mouse ( Because there are lots holes here and there and they are not able to Fix it )
4) Very Rude Office Staff ( They do not care what you tell them, they just want your MONEY ), One time I argued with them and they said they are HUNGRY for my Money
5) They NEVER give your DEPOSIT back! They did not give me my Deposit back! Once you give them , the Deposit is GONE!
6) They are looking for ways to CHARGE you !
7) You never see the MANAGEMENT since they hide from you and She does not CARE about you.
8) If you clean the apartment no matter how clean , they CHARGE you!
9) The front GATE is not WORKING most of the time!
10) You are not SUPPOSED to give them Electricity Deposit since the electricity is RUN by Entergy and if you have OK credit there is no Deposit, BUT no matter they Ask you for Deposit and once you give them IT IS GONE!
11) AGAIN , NEVER MOVE TO THIS HORRIBLE AND POORLY MANAGED PLACE!!!!!!!
12) The GOOGLE does not let me not to LEAVE Stars Empty OTHERWISE I WOULD DELETE ANY STAR HERE!

Recently moved here. They have been renovating. And got a renovated apartment. They have been pleasant to deal with so far.
