One of the cheapest in the LSU area. The management is rude. The maintenance is non-existent. We have complained about several broken things a lot of times, but nothing has been done so far. It has been 4 months since the first official complaint, and we are still waiting.

Great location BUTTTTTTTT, i've literally lived here for FOUR months and was robbed TWICE! That is ridiculous. When I first moved in, there was one person working in the office trying to handle 2 sets of apartments because the previous managers had quit. I should have known then that it was a bad idea to move here. The maintenance is great and they are very friendly in the office. But, like I said I was robbed TWICE and has only been here for 4 months. I will be moving out by the end of the week. But if you fear for your safety, I would reconsider. If you don't care about your safety and would rather just pay cheap rent, then this place is the place for you! Just horrible horrible horrible. I would' recommend this to my worst enemy.

Location is awesome cause it's close to the school but everything else is horrible. My car has been broken in to, my neighbors apartment has been broken into during the day, and you better be home when you have a package delivered or else it is definitely getting stolen. The police is here almost every week. The maintenance people are rude. They just walk into your apartment without any warning and even when your not there. No privacy what so ever! And ladies at the office are ok when they are there which is almost never. Our pool is always dirty never clean enough to actually swim in and the washer and dryers are totally over price and sometimes they just steal your money and don't work! Me and the neighbors have to keep our door closed because of the rodents probably outside. They spray for insects but we still have a small roach and spider problem. But if you need somewhere close to school with cheap rent I guess you can risk it but I'm never coming back!!!

Pros:

Cons: The management, particularly Ms. Ann is very rude and very mean. She cannot smile. He doesn't want to speak over the phone. Hangs up phone discourteously. She seems to racist.

They increase your rent by $50-$100 every six months. They require you to give them a notice period of 4 month before leaving the apartment!! Be careful about the deposits they charge - $160 for electric, $100 for apartment cleaning in the name of security deposit. After you sign the contract, they may or may not tell you that $100 of electric bill, $50 of your security deposit is not refundable at all. After you move out, they will send you another letter for repair/damage changes but they will not deduct from the security deposit.

I think these are all unethical/unlawful practices and should be investigated.

The apartments are in a great location if you are an LSU student, but the customer service at the front desk is inexcusable. There is one lady that is very helpful, while the other is so unhelpful and will talk down to you every time you go into the office for help. My and my roommate are so tired of their rudeness to us that we are leaving the apartment complex. They will always lose your mail and you may or may not ever see it again and they will never take responsibility for it even when you take appropriate actions to avoid your packages and mail getting lost or "misplaced". I can name at least 4 instances when the office lady was completely rude and she makes it very clear she does not want to help you and will in NO way go above and beyond to help you. You'll leave the office every time livid and have had no help form them. I would not choose to live here again because of the service. We had a leak one time and it took over a week for them to send people to permanently fix it. It is inexcusable and ridiculous. The service is awful. I would not live here again until that lady is gone.
