Brent the owner of Brentwood Mobile Home Estates is a very dishonest man. I abided by the contract rules and he fabricated a story to keep from returning my deposit

I lived in this trailer park and the owners and management lie about EVERYTHING! They come in your trailer when you're not home. They have people who live there roaming around your vehicles and home. Kids are throwing balls and other things hitting vehicles. Lots of traffic all night throughout the Trailer park. The owner lies about things he'll do for the trailer you're living in and takes months if he even repairs any problems. If you're not involved in church, he thinks you're trash and finds ways to get you out. He's a hypocrite and I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone unless you enjoy people coming in your personal home when you're not there and anything broken, not getting fixed.
