AWFUL. Do not let this old man appraise your house. He lied on the comparables. He said the houses were 2 miles away and they were 20 to 30 miles in the boon docks. He does not no what he is doing. I had my house appraised at 255,000 three months ago and he appraised it at 215,000. He is a joke and a disgrace to appraisers. He granddaughter came with him to guide him through the house. DO NOT USE!

This appraiser is definitely not nice to deal with. He did an apprasial on our new construction home which has many many upgrades that add value to the home. He first came back with a super low price, and after being questioned about it, he failed to "look" at everything in the house so he went back out. He then came back with another appraisal price that was just in line with the house next door (sales price), but the house next door has the bare minimum.

This is great for a lending bank (maybe), but definitely not for a buyer. Unfortunately, banks do not have a choice on appaisers. But if you do have a choice, dont use this one, unless you want a really low balled price, and not a nice person to deal with.
