My insurance company dispatched Mike to me, and other than waiting a little bit (I was about 50 miles away from his shop) I have no complaints. He was very easy to work with and very professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a tow.

Had to use this guy for an in town tow today. When we got to our destination he said it would cost 64 dollars. We told him that we didn't expect it to be that much but it was okay because our insurance would cover it. He then started yelling at me and my wife and getting extremely aggressive. Then he ripped up our bill and said "I'll do it for nothing it doesn't get better than that" and drove away. This guy needs to get his emotions in check and get some anger management. I don't recommend anyone using this company. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because it was free.
