I'm home bound .. Nick personally came and checked my computer .. It needed shop work .. Was finished in a reasonable amount of time .. No charge for pick-up & delivery .. Reasonable price for the work done .. No complaints here ,, Will recommend Nick's to my friends ..

Great place for getting a new computer or getting your system fixed or tuned up. Dealt with Nick and Charla for years and they are good honest down to earth people. They always put the customer first.

POOR PLACE

IT WAS NOT A GOOD PLACE I TOOK MY COMP IN TO GET WORKED ON TOOK TWO WEEKS TO TELL ME WHAT WAS WRONG GAVE ME A PRICE AT FIRST THAN CAME UP WITH TWO OTHER PRICES ..I WAS GONNA LET THEM FIX IT BUT SAID IT TAKE ANOTHER WEEK THAN I GOT TIRED OF THEM TAKING THEIR SWEET TIMEAND GOT MY COMP BACK PAYING THEM 25.OO FOR LOOKING AT IT AND WASTED TIME HANGING ON TO IT ..WHEN I GOT COMP BACK NOW IT HAD MORE PROUBLEMS KEYBOARD WAS NOT REGISTERED AND MOUSE SO THAT DIDNT WORK AND THAY REMOVED OTHER THINGS THAT WERE ON THERE ..I TOOK COMP IN TO SOMEONE ELSE TOOK TWO DAYS TO FIX IT AND ONLY CHARGED ME 50.00 COMPARE TO 269.00 ..I WAS ALSO TREATED VERY RUDE BY THE OWNERS WIFE HAVE NO CLUE WHY SHE IS EVEN WORKING THERE SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE IT IS A BAD BUSSINESS AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED...NEVER AGAIN

Anonymous complaints really mean nothing. Nominations 3 times for small business of the year really matter more. Our policy is (and has been for 20 years) that if you are not happy, you do not pay. If this person that is afraid to state her name has a complaint, she really she really should make herself known so that any problems can be rectified. The lady that works here is an intake person only, not a technician. To complain about her not being knowlegeable in computer repair is analogous to the complaining about the receptionist at a doctor's office not being a surgeon. Basically, instead of being a whiner in hiding, the whiner should come in and get the problem resolved. We are good, but cannot fix something that we don't know about, can't see, and can't touch.
