We contracted with Perfection Pools in early July 2016 to build an inground liner pool and paid a 50% deposit in order to "get on their schedule." Our contract, drawn up by Perfection Pools, stated our project would start July 25, 2016, and be finished by August 12, 2016, weather permitting. Some rainy days set the schedule back but we were understanding and patient. However, there were many dry days conducive to building an inground liner pool. By the end of October 2016, and after many broken promises and lies by the owners of Perfection Pools, all we had was an abandoned, muddy crater in our back yard with two mountains of dirt and ill-fitting walls. I have many texts from the owners promising work would start again "the next day," "next Monday," "when the ground dries," "we're on our way now," etc. and they never showed up. In October 2016, the city's Building Inspector observed the mess and, after investigating the situation, discovered Perfection Pools never applied for a building permit or submitted the proper paperwork to build a pool in Hardin County. At this point, we lost faith in the company's competence and intensions of ever finishing our pool so we asked for our deposit back and asked them to remove their abandoned equipment from our backyard. We asked numerous times for the return of our money to no avail. We were forced to take Perfection Pools to court in November 2016 for breach of contract. After a long and arduous court process, the courts agreed and ruled in our favor, not once, but twice, and ordered Perfection Pools to repay our deposit. We agreed to Perfection Pool's payback plan, which would have our money returned to us by December 2017. Perfection Pools has completely disregarded the settlement and has yet to pay the full amount owed to us. Perfection Pools owes us thousands of dollars and refuses to pay it back. Our experience with Perfection Pools has been costly, frustrating, unnerving, and unfair. Please, beware of this pool company.

Bought a house with a pool and needed help with opening of pool. Scheduled an appt which had to wait several weeks to get one so was almost end of June 2015 before we could open pool. Day of scheduled service no one called or showed up and were suppose to be first on list. Called store and they said the person didn't come into work that day and promised to come the next day. Missed work and the next day no one called or showed up. What horrible service!!! Would never recommend or use this business for anything!!!!
