we had the worst experience ever. American rental drove past our house and because our neighbor put out a mattress that was coverd with bed bugs they refused to rent a mattress to us even after they demanded that we let them serch the house befor they would deliver the mattress. thay looked and didnt find any bed bugs but still refused to leave what we had already paid a payment on.
