AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. The service from this agency is unprofessional and uncaring. Marsha feels as if she is above her staff and her policyholders. She is willing to take time with clients that have money. Please be careful when dealing with this office. Her original staff was what made her what she is today. You can always tell if you have a good insurance agent if they are willing to deal with you on a day to day problem.
