I found this lawyer has alot of issues himself by checking CCAP Wisconsin, disorderly conduct, felony intimidation charges (to his own family members?). How many times has he been divorced? Destruction of property. I also witnessed him yelling obscenities at a person that wasn;t even his client. Google his misconduct within the courts as well - just type in his name and 'attorney misconduct'. The wisconsin state bar has disciplined him several times (5?, 6?) Wow, and he is still allowed to have a job. Isn't America great. It appears he likes to sue former clients when they don't pay up right away -- what's not to love? :)

Search the Wiswconsin CCAP website and check out this attorneys rapsheet, some interesting things on him related to intimidating a witness, disorderly conduct, etc... Then google search his name + "misconduct" or "private reprimand" or "public reprimand" and I think you find some interesting information. I can't stress enough how much attorneys cost (alot), so be sure to do a little diligence in finding out their reputation. Pay more and get an attorney with a good reputation.

The Merry law office was very helpful to me when I was going through bankruptcy. My husband and I had to file when we lost our jobs. His office told me what info they needed and then processed the case quickly. Bankruptcy is really hard to deal with, but we got thru it with there help.

I would never recommend Merry Law Office to anyone, they are quick to get paid but nothing else. Just a heads up to pick another firm or you will be regreting it just like me!
