You have a very dependable company, and I would not hesitate to recommend Central Maine Cleaning to any of my friends who require your services. I really appreciate your willingness to offer a credit for a window that was already cracked, but the cracks expanded after the cleaning. You did not have to do that and you went above and beyond. Central Maine Cleaning is a very professional business to work for. Obviously the residential post had a bad experience and is trying to just hurt a local business rather than deal with the issue maturely.



This company works hard to resolve any problem that may come up, and occasionally something does, but they are quick to respond and correct it which is what I want. No one is perfect, but a good company to work with. I like to use local business not some national franchise and this is a family owned, local company who apparently not only cover central Maine, but the whole state. I would definitly recommend them to any local business.

Avoid this place! They will tell you what you want to hear and know they cannot deliver to the expectations you expect. I decided to use them to clean my house they sent 1 cleaner (who did as well as she could do with the direction she received from them) when this was clearly a 2 cleaner job. I would come home after work to find that 90% of the house was just as dusty and dirty as it was when I left; I would spend just as much time cleaning as I would if I did not have someone come in. The representative for the company is extremely rude and just wants to point fingers and blame everyone but himself. They might wow you with the hourly price and how long "it will take them to do the WHOLE house" but TRUST me they are WAY off much cheaper with other cleaners and much better quality and customer service I should have listened to others who had used them who told me not to but for some reason I thought they may have changed. Trust me they have not and you will be just as unhappy as I was.

they have the best floor cleaners around i had the vct tile done at my place n it looks awesome they r very professinal and they come n mantian the floor 2 keep it lookin good 4 a low cost
