Urbanposters.com (aka Urban Posters) has a history of taking customers' money and then not fulfilling their orders or responding to their inquiries. I was immediately charged for an order in December 2007, but, as of April 2008, still have not received the item. I have contacted the company via e-mail, through their online "Contact Us" form, and by phone, and have received no response at all. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and learned that the company has had numberous complaints filed against them and has never responded to the BBB. I have also now filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Attorney General of Maryland.



Having done some web searches, it looks like Urbanposters.com has numerous unhappy customers whom they have scammed. I don't understand how you can take consumers' money, not give them a product in return, not respond to them, and still remain in business. Unfortunately, those who order from them probably don't see these reviews until they already have a problem on their hands.

Urbanposters.com has a long history of taking customers' money without fulfilling their orders and without responding when customers contact them. They charged me the day after I placed an order, but it's nearly three months later and I have not received the item, nor have I heard back after inquiring via e-mail and by phone numerous times. Their voicemail states that they have "improved customer service" now, but that's clearly untrue.



Searching online, I found that many other customers have had very similar experiences over the years. I have also found that several customers (including myself) have complained to the Better Business Bureau and to the Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Attorney General of Maryland. A government agency needs to take a serious look at their business practices. I strongly recommend avoiding Urbanposters.com
