Long wait time. Good food. Bad service and nasty attitudes from workers including the manager. I ordered food that costs over $40 and one hour later called and they said that I had to reorder it online. So I did just that and was charged $60 for $20 worth of food and never received my refund. Do not ever pay with your credit card especially online.

Ordered food from there at 8:27 pm...called the store at 9:20 pm asking when they would be arriving and they told me the driver tried calling me "5 times" a half hour earlier...when I had been home the entire time. Did not knock on my door or anything. I've never had an issue before with delivery people dropping food off at my door, ever! They had the balls to ask me to drive to the store and pick up my food! I paid the delivery fee and driver tip (online) for a reason! I didn't want to leave my house! Gave me major attitude, terrible customer service! Never ordering from them again

I love their food they have the best cheesesteaks ever.
