Never filed return, but we paid.

We sent our tax return information to Eugene, she stated she would file an extension so she could file our taxes in a few weeks when she got back from vacation. few weeks later she called and said send payment for her services, and she will file our return. i thought all was done. we get a letter from the IRS our return was never filed. we tried over and over to contact Eugene, the best we could get was her assistant calling to say she would call us ASAP. never called, never answered emails. we are out the money we paid her , and have late returns with fines. Thanks for the help Eugene! We could not have messed this up without you!

I visited Federal Hill Tax Service for the first time this year. The staff is very curteous and Eugenia is a very knowledgable accountant. I feel my taxes are in good hands and that is very comforting. Compared to past experiences of getting my taxes completed I rate Federal Hill Tax Service as Exceptional!
