Great service, beautiful dresses

Basically, this company does not know what they are doing and they blame their faults on the customer. They are rude and do not speak to people with respect. I recently bought a gown from them and when it came in it was too short! Upon purchase the consultant told me if I was wearing flats that I would DEFINITELY not need the extra length...great! Well she also failed to tell me that there might be a "restocking" fee along with an extra length fee as well as a fee to send the dress back. This was NEVER told to me at time of purchase. At time of pick-up, the dress was not steamed and hung on a wire hanger llike it was a dress that meant nothing. I went back after they steamed the gown to see if it had dropped any and it did...on one side only! It looked as if they had steamed the gown and tried to pull it to make it longer..well it did on one side. The dress was now LOPSIDED...they also ripped a seam while trying to stretch it...also some beading was now falling off and there were strings hanging from places where there were no strings three days prior. The dress was now worse off then when first tried on..its terrible! They made it out to be all my fault and now are saying they will not order another gown without me paying for it in full...who buys a car without test driving it?? They are out of their minds...I would rather lose my deposit than EVER step foot in that place again....I will complain about them til they are shut down permenantly!
