I was very disappointed in this establishment, so much so that I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Division. Highly dishonest, upped the price of my service in order not to honor a $20.00 discount. Hairs style is not what I requested and braids are starting to fall out.

I was very disappointed in the service I received at this business. I found them to be very dishonest and unethical in their services. I had a $20.00 coupon, they upped the price of the service so I would still pay the same amount.. In addition, stylist did not give me style I requested and then tried to make excuses! I will not go their again and will advise my family and friends to do likewise.
