my wife and I checked into your hotel in Balch Springs TX, at time of check in I was told that handicap room that I reserved was given to someone else, And we were put into another handicap room the room was dusty, dirty. My wife went into the bathroom only to find NO towels, and No stopper in the bathtub, She had to go to complain to the front desk all they did was give her some towels and told her none of the bathtubs in any of the rooms had stoppers, she also told them that I could not use the bathtub because it had NO shower seat and due to my stroke I could not stand for any amount of time, only to hear sorry they had no handicap shower seats.

The next day I went to the front desk to also complain about the rock hard pillows on the bed and ask for the manager and got no help. I got back to my room and called Customer Service, They told me that someone would get back to me soon, just as we were checking out the manager came over and we told him about the stay all he said is that he was sorry.

When I checked my bank statement I found out that I was still charged the full amount of my room.

Your advertising states that If you are Not Satisfied with your room and stay and you tell the front desk as we did I should not have been charged for the stay as I was.
