Initially I was hesitant about going to therapy, but I’m so thankful I found Dr. Simmons. She’s very professional and knowledgeable, with a wide range of experience that makes her perfectly equipped for my circumstances. I’ve been seeing Dr. Simmons, for 3 years now and she has significantly changed my life. Dealing with anxiety, trauma, relationships, and family dysfunction, her willingness to stick it out with me is something I needed in a therapist. One of the most important things I appreciate is how attentive she is while we are in session. The tools she has provided over the years have helped me tremendously. Weather it’s deep breathing techniques, or writing action steps. She has definitely helped me restore my strength again, and I am extremely grateful.
