Here is one method. You pick any movie on a DVD and watch it. Gary puts sensors on your head to detect brain waves. Tiny electrical signals come from your brain, through an EEG into a computer with a data base of brain wave values. The movie is set to full brightness 90% of the time. The dimming occurs depending how far away you are from the optimal brain waves. You learn to move your mind in the right direction.



If you can see it you can control it. Brain waves are always changing. It is possible to look at just one value. For example, your slowest brain waves over your right forehead. Just by looking at it change and preferring a better color or lower number you can gain some control.



Almost all of Gary's clients get off drugs. Not only too much alcohol and drugs of abuse, but pharmaceutical psychiatric medications. When you heal the underlying disorder, at the source the need for drugs goes away.
