DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!! I went to this office and found I had a cracked tooth. I requested to have the root canal and crown done on the same day (this office touts "same day crown"). After my root canal was completed on Friday, I was informed that I would have to make another appointment to have my crown created and installed on another day! Now I have to go back MONDAY to have the permanent crown made and installed. If I had know this, I would had an outside lab make the crown and save some money. Do not believe the same day crown hype! It is a lie!

Brought my two kids here. We have bounced dentist to dentist around town because there are so many fraudulent ones. I let my children decide what they thought. They are both teenagers. The staff are fun and competent. The dentist were very nice gentleman. They took care of both kids cleanings and were even prepared to take care of filings if we wanted. That was great. So used to dental offices being so over scheduled they barely have time for cleanings. (Actually had one that never even cleaned my kids teeth). They are very clean and their equipment is modern.
Nothing was done to my children until it was discussed with me. They came in to review my coverage and what I would be responsible for and for my approval. I also liked that they did not have any drug companies propaganda posted everywhere. I have been to those types of dentistry where they are just trying to pimp unnecessary procedures on patients. They do not do this and I respect that. They also have an orthodontist in the same area that works with them. This is helpful.

This is the worst experience on the dental office that I have ever had in my life. I called last week and booked for regular Cleaning, when I got there they said that it was for 6 months routine check up, I told them no, it should be for cleaning, then they said Hygienist can do it after Dr. saw me, I accepted. Then after Dr. finished, they told me to wait for hygienist , after 30 minutes on waiting, the assistant came back and told me that I have to pay $95 for cleaning. Surprisingly, I asked the reason for paying $95 for regular 3 months cleaning, she came with all excuses to justify that it should be deep cleaning not regular cleaning. I told her, it was for 3 months cleaning and I want regular (Free) cleaning according to my State of California (employer) insurance. She refused to service my regular cleaning trying to get me to pay $95 that I didn't have to. I did refuse, and left, definetley will be changing my dental Dr and post this review on some of of review sites.

Terrible customer service, very unhappy. Although dentist are good, all customer service at front desk is terrible. Will not be returning.

Do NOT go here. Absolutely the worst and most painful dental experience of my life. Caused anxiety attacks and nightmares. Months later, I'm still in pain from their work. On top of it, they charge for services not rendered.
