My car broke down in Bakersfield on my way home to sacramento from LA. It was a Sunday do everything was closed. Left my car, dropped the keys in the service box. By Monday afternoon I hasn't heard a thing. Took them two weeks to fix an fuel pump and fuse. Then when I picked it up all my seeing were off, sunroof won't open and all the parts were defective and had to be replaced three weeks later. I would never use them again. I would rather pay the thousand dollars to have it towed home.

Buying a new car should be fun and stress free. That is exactly what happen when I bought my new C Class! Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Campbel was really the best!!

2011 Mercedes-Benz needed a front headlight replaced. I was pleased with the timeliness and quality of my service even though you were quite busy with walk-in appointments. I'll def be back for any other maintenance I need.

I've purchased two cars here - one as recent as a couple of weeks ago. On both visits, the salesmen were friendly and not pushy. My partner and I felt very comfortable. They worked with us in finding what we needed that worked with what we were wanting to pay. Service is always fast and efficient. This will always be the first place we look. Five stars all the way.

As good as it gets! Mercedes of Bakersfield is customer focused and a great place to buy a car! They listened to our family needs and gave us great deals on 2 cars. The sales manager was very sincere and helped with our questions when we were there. This dealership is a keeper as we had a bad experience dealing with my local dealer -- they dont deserve to continue with poor business practices and dishonesty. Bakersfield is a refreshing breath of air.

People - this place is worth the drive. Better than advertised and they know their shiznit.

My review is that this place is better than average. They could be more attentive to the snack bat and guest lounge. But the actual people interaction was not bad. A lot of smiles and friendly people walking around.

I bought my Mercedes in another city, and this was my first time at this location. I was worried about jerky car guys trying to sell me unnecessary services, so I was a bit wary about this visit. I needed a new battery, and I showed up at the service area around lunchtime. I was warmly greeted by Bryan, who warned me that I would have a wait between an hour and an hour and a half. I also let him know that I was ONLY going to pay for a new battery, and he was a-okay.I sat in the customer waiting room, which was small, but nice. There was a couple of TVs, and a old man was cleaning the coffee, hot chocolate, and water area. When he finished, he kindly offered to prepare something for the me.In less than an hour, Bryan came back and told me my car was ready. Hooray! He clearly explained to me what was done, and he also informed me of a few recalls on my car (that will be done for free).This experience exceeded my expectations, and I feel very comfortable about coming back.

I have been to 6 different dealerships in 20 years of buying MB's, These guys were the nicest, quickest, and most helpful! Jennifer was great, every person I worked with was just really nice. Now don't get me wrong they are CAR SALESMEN... I did get a few too many phone calls when I was deciding on which car to get. But really if you think about it, it was just good customer service to see if I had any questions. Over all I had a great experience and will always get my car serviced here and when I am ready for a new one will go back.

I walked in an hour before closing on a Saturday and those guys still managed to get me out the door in a reasonable time with a brand new car. Staff is very professional but didn't seem desperate nor pushy. Entire experience was very pleasant and just hope that service will be as good as sales was.

I've bought two cars here and definitely recommend buying from them. I DEFINITELY recommend TRADING a car here. Kind of like a pawn shop, get place place to buy and sell. On my last purchase, I took my car to carmax. They offered me $3k for it. I took it to Mercedes and got a $9000 trade in! Definitely the value is there. They want your business and will pay you for it.
