I recently visited this facility for f/u and have an appointment, I have been waiting patiently with no complains at the lobby for approximately 1hr and 20mins and other patients who just walked in are being seen before me and there are at least 3 more guys ahead of me who also have an appointment. I understand how stressful the job can be since I have an experience of working in an environment as busy as this clinic but the ladies at the front desk are quite rude and inconsiderate. when one of the lady who came in after me asked one of the lady when will the doctor see her the respond she got is "you're next" and the appointment I have was before her. When I asked nicely when is my turn to be seen by the doctor the lady in the front desk says "there's a patient before you you'll be seen the 2nd" with an attitude. and when the guy before me asked the lady when's his turn the lady responded by saying "you're next" I don't quite understand why this ladies in the front desk have to lie it will just make the patients more angry. After being called at the back office I have to wait additional 1hr for the doctor to see me it is ridiculous, especially when the doctor came in the in room and gives me false report since it was for a different patient and once more I have to wait another half an hour and was only seen for less than 5mins. the customer service the employees at the front desk needs to improve. However Dr. Campbell who was supposed to see me that day is great at what he does unfortunately he was unavailable that day :(
