Had an emergency need for alfalfa hay called in to be sure they were going to be open as their website stated and the girl said she will be there for me to pick up the hay once my dad got there the gates were locked and nobody came to the door when I called back the girl then stated that she is not open until 9 o'clock after I drove across town to get some hey from the business that was told to be open but found to be closed once I arrived very unprofessional will never return

You have the best employees that work for you on norris road polite very helpful always ready to lend an ear for my dogs and my horses until i got rid of my hoses they always new what to suggest they were even there for me when my family passed away i love all your employees thank you for always caring
