The initial work was quality, looked beautiful, and done efficiently. We were promised a walk through when finished. We had already paid and it never happened. A few years later, our dog damaged a small part of the laminate. They quoted us $300 to repair it, as they said they had to replace the whole sheet of laminate , further, they were out of stock on our laminate. We waited 6 months, no call, communication or anything, we fixed the piece with a glue gun and called them to cancel the repair. He then said they had just received the laminate and tried to guilt me into the repair, I told him 6 months no calls and now you just received it.? Make no mistake their initial work and workmanship is beautiful, but after the big price ticket is done, you will have to find solutions on repairs on your own.
