The staff at this location are two of the rudest least personable people. They should not be dealing with customers in any way. They can not seem to get their bookkeeping organized. I have had to go into their office more times to try and get access to our unit because they show our bill was not paid. I have to provide receipts to them and I know they keep copies of all of that information but are not willing to get up and get it out of the file cabinet. Instead they would rather argue. When I ask if this is going to happen again for a 4th time she only says I don’t know. A good customer service person would have apologized and at least said hopefully not. I would not recommend this place. I am planning on moving our stuff out of this facility ASAP. It has been nothing but an inconvenience.
