I have noticed that all of the previous reviews are now gone...this office doesn't seem to have any compassion for the patients, even that ones that follow their rules concerning refills (call 3 days before refill is needed). Even when you have called IN ADVANCE you still get a run around. Example...we called on Monday (Rx due for refills on Jan 1) Was told to call on Tuesday. (Done) Called and was told on Wednesday that they were "working" on it. Call the Pharmacy today (Thursday) at 9:00 am and nothing had been sent. Called Dr's office, in the morning about 9:30, got a very snippy Rx person and was told that they we giving it to the Dr. Checked with the Pharmacy, still nothing. Call Dr's office, got the exchange...everyone is out for lunch. Called Dr's office at 1:30, got the exchange and was told the office was closed for the holiday and they would return on Monday, Jan 4. Since we are only getting 30 days worth of medication with each Rx...that means that we are out of meds as of yesterday, and won;t have any until Monday. 5 days without a medication that causes withdrawal symptoms after not taking it for two days....Don't know how one can say that this is a very caring and compassionate staff. I have even been present when Dr Parmar told his patient that he didn't care about their pain or their pain level. Not what I would call compassionate.
