after moving here from Florida I began seeing Dr Thrin due to injuries located in my neck and from a car accident. neuropathy and joint pain from rheumatic fever. I am completely disabled between these medical issues and full blown AIDS . The bedside manner that I received was horrifying at best. Thrin treated me as of I was a drug seeker tried to push me into returning to the work force never once shook my hand no matter how offer I extended my hand out to him. when I was dealing with the death of my mother and needed to return to Florida to make arrangements for her passing he refused to provide me with medication to hold me over until my return and I was forced to deal with it there with my previous Dr. it was then that I found out the medication that Thrin had switched me to when I first started seeing him was not prescribed in the state of Florida. when I requested to begin seeing Dr Brazil the owner of the practice my request was ignored and I was drug tested revert visit after that. Finally I had enough of the BS and asked Thrin if he even knew what he was medicating me for and he had to look in my records and never game me an answer to my question. The last issue came when wasting set in from the AIDS and I lost 42 pounds in 5 weeks I was given an appetite stimulator that was cannabis based called marinol. Thrin began looking to release me as his patient although I was only on it for 45 days I had been up front with him when it was prescribed and had passed the previous 9 drug test. At that time I had a total of 19 t cells I can assure you the last thing I was focused on is where I was going to get hi. the most insulting part of it was I am medically released from the United states coast guards where I spent my career in the war against drugs and wind up being treated as if I was an addict Nothing will convince me to return to hos office.

Good and caring treatment from the doctors and PA.

After seeing another pain management doc for a few years with minimal relief and an interventional radiologist for excruciating epidural injections for three years, my primary referred me to Dr. Brazill. By that time I was nearly suicidal due to the unrelenting pain. Happy to say that he LISTENED, knew exactly how to treat me and my quality of life improved remarkably. His NP, Amy B., is wonderful as well. I would like to have given 5 stars but the office staff is pretty bad, disorganized, unprofessional and some are just rude. The outer office could also use some new chairs and carpet as they are badly stained.

Doctors are kind, understanding, and actually listen to you.

The staff is the exact opposite: rude, lazy, slow, inconsiderate.

If I didn't love my doctors so much, I would never go there again.

I hate the staff too much. And they seem to hate their patients just as much.

The worst is their main receptionist.

Someone needs to fire her. Can't even believe she's been there as long as she has.

I get epidural shots in my back for Sciatica, about every 6 - 7 months. I am one of the lucky ones, because I get almost complete relief, and it lasts for months.

Dr Brazil is a very kind and compassionate Dr, he seems genuinely concerned with his patients well being.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the wait time is always very long when I have to go to his office.

My family member has been going to Dr Brazil for years, if it were for me they would have quit going the second time they had an epidural. We are on a fixed income. Each time they had an epidural they didn't work. His response was "I bet we need to do it here and it will work", which we did a few more times. I felt like telling him he lost his bets as she still didn't get any relief at all and for us not to have to pay the 500$ deductible each time!! So we ventured out and seen another Pain management Dr for an epidural that was referred to us by a co-worker. My family member had immediate relief and was soo happy about it. When they went back to Dr Brazil which he mentioned they was due for another epidural and they mentioned they had all ready received one from another Dr. Well Brazil didn't like that and started yelling at my family member about how they can no longer see him if she doesn't stay with him, all through while my family member was crying even on the way home. I am sure glad I was not there that's for sure. His staff is also rude and lazy, to get any papers copied you have to be there in the office and wait for over an hour when THEY have the time. You cant call and have them copy any documents. In our case it was only one paper. We will NEVER go back to his so called practice ever again.

Dr. Brazill is a great physician however, some of his staff is unprofessional (the main receptionist). Also the wait time is regularly very long, I think the staff is at fault.
