Hi, this review is coming from a Veteran of the United States Army. My phone call with the manager (female) was horrible! She needs to get a uniform on and learn how to lead and speak to people. This place is going to be reported and hopefully what we soldiers call Black Listed. If you ever want to higher a towing service please coming from a defender of this country, please don't even make this place a last resort just act like its not even their. Oh side note they let people take stuff out your car.

This place needs to have BBB investigate ASAP. They purposely take forever to inventory your belongings and stretch extra days to milk more money out of you. Every vehicle supposedly have a cap and coincidently takes each vehicle to that cap. They only release property 2 days a week because whether you're ready to pick up your stuff or not you have to wait and get charged unnecessarily. Shady and conniving businesses like this need to be closed down immediately!!

I don't understand how these guys are in business. They are racist bullies. Phisacally assulted my brother.

overcharged me $105.00 never notified me about my car or my personal property violated California state laws and penal codes I'm suing they are crooks...

This place came to my wife's workplace with three gentlemen one really really big heavy-set gentleman decided to pick her car up because they wanted my truck bring it to my house after they ripped the keys from her hands which is all caught on videotape also when they came to my home they were wielding weapons I called their office about this they told me it was 100% legal as long as they never touched me with it now that is completely and utterly unprofessional and they obviously do not know the laws this company also threw away a lot of those belongings battery in my car after I went to pick them up this company is in a very very bad part of town they do not know how to handle themselves they are very unprofessional I feel highly sorry for anybody that has to deal with any one of their workers anybody in the office and or owner if you're seeking anybody to come and do a repo for you I would suggest you pick a different company and just in case they decide to pursue it in a lawsuit

They charge $35 per day for a storage fee or for a "large item" $70 daily, and send letters of notifications about property to false addresses. Customer service is retched, very unprofessional.

This company is very low down. They took my car out my drive way while i was gone. My car had all my personal things in it. Things that cant be replace like my personal photo album, and want to charge me $390 to get my things back. The staff is very rude.
