Integrative psychology brings together key emerging knowledge from neuroscience and ancient wisdoms within a solid basis of traditional and contemporary psychotherapy. We value the ancient traditions of spiritual direction and of Native American spiritual and healing practices. We are also educators and speakers, conducting workshops and lectures on these topics. Our Institute honors many traditions within psychology, including adaptive information processing theory, neurobiology and somatic therapies, ego state psychology and psychodynamics, humanistic and cognitive behavioral traditions, spiritual direction, energy methods, and more. Our principals have a wealth of experience including, for mental health: an emphasis on trauma from simple to complex, anxiety and depression, most other general practice work, all of our principals are engaged in spiritual practice and in varying ways, spiritual direction.
