Listen! If you have never been to Iron Mikes, you are missing out! The professionalism and the way they take care of their clients is remarkable! Mike is a GOD fearing man and he is genuine! When he first came out of the back to greet me at the front, i could tell i was trusting the right person, the right business with my 2020 Road Glide Special! In the first 5 minutes, I had a sigh of relief that my bike was in good hands! Iron Mike’s will FOREVER have my business. Thanks IM, your business took good care of my bike and I can’t express enough how much I THANK You! Continued Blessings to your business & your Family!

Brought bike in for engine noise. They broke down engine 3 or 4 times and couldn't find the noise. Then got irrate with us. Decided he would split case after we told him we would pay another $1,200. Paid total of $5,000 and never got detail invoice of what all was wrong with bike or parts replaced. Bike ran decent approx 3,000 miles and is now making more noise than before. Mike will not tell us what all he did nor stand behind his work. Disrespectful, rude and not a man of integrity!!! Stay away from this shop!!!

Just wanted to let you know that I took my 1990 Fatboy Harley Davidson to Iron Mikes in Bacliff, Texas and was thoroughly pleased with the repairs that were completed in a very timely fashion. The bike had not been run since 2005 when I traveled to Florida and picked up the bike and had to trailer it back to Texas after my brother moved to Costa Rica. He came and picked up the bike and went over it completely and made me aware of everything that he that was needed to bring the bike back up to good running condition. Naturally I needed new tires because of dry rotting, along with the drive belt. The actual repairs to the engine (the oil leaking from top and bottom ends) along with numerous other repairs was completed quicker than I thought they would be. He kept me informed all along the way so I would not end up with sticker shock as was very pleased when I went to see the progress. He went through the entire braking system, installed a new ignition switch ( my brother had lost the key) and made sure the electrical system was sound. I had requested that he install some 6" risers for my handlebars which caused me to need new throttle cables and clutch cable along with an EZ clutch adapter which was so much easier to use in Houston traffic. When I finally went and picked up the bike it had been cleaned (imagine 11 years of sitting in a my shop uncovered) and some areas that had started to show rust had been polished. The smile on my face was definitely a Kodak moment as he rolled my bike out of the shop and I rode off into the sunset. My hat's off to Iron Mike and his crew for the excellent job they did on my bike. I would recommend Iron Mike to anyone looking for good quality repairs and having them done in a very timely fashion. My Hat's off to Iron Mike's.

This guy is a total jerk. If you want crummy work, a scratched bike, and all at dealer prices, he's your man....

This guy "donated" a certificate for 2 tires on a bike to be bosses on without an expiration date. When the highest bidder went to redeem his certificate he was told that it had expired and offered to do it for $300. Do yourself a favor and avoid this crook at every chance you get. If he is willing to rip off bikers that go to benefit rides he would surely steal from his own family.

This guy has "issues", he flies off the handle and seems to want to find an excuse to get into an argument with you. I have several friends who have also had bad experiences with his shtty attitude towards his customer, and he charges as much as a dealer does for lower quality work, save yourself some hassle and take it to Stubbs.

This guy sucjs. I called for a price on some tires and he hot smart with me and hung up on me. As far as I'm concerned, he can walk out on 146 and step into traffic.

Absolutely terrible service. I just now called to get an estimate on some tires. He gave me a $590 estimate and when I asked why the price was so high he got upset and hung up on me. I feel very insulted by this place and do not recommend supporting individuals that condone this type of customer service.

I had the same experience with the guy. I said something that I didn't think was any big deal and he apparently took it the wrong way and then went ballistic and told me to take my business elsewhere. Well, now we are both happier, cuz that's just what I did, but he's shy about ten customers because I tell everyone who asks what a d-bag he is. The guy just doesn't understand that if you piz off one customer it loses you ten more, the best way to deal with people who piz you off is to make money off them, not run them off. In addition, it makes me wonder how he treats his employees, I don't need anyone who is twisted off over his boss working on my bike either.

I gave him a one just because zero or minus numbers were not a choice.

This guy is an egotistical total a$$hole, charges more than a HD dealership and doesn't respect his customers. What a rip off person and place! I'd park my scooter before i'd take it to this SOB. Well,, he doesn't want my business, fine..... I will make sure all of my biker buddies and club members know about this shLthead... FO Mike!!
