Great customer service always a pleasure doing business with them they takes good care of your wants and needs.

Sales reps don't care, they give you dirty cars and no cruise control and they don't care. They lost an opportunity to upgrade and they lost this customer. If they don't care about their clients, I don't want to shop here. Worst experience ever with a car rental company. I rent for work travel which means I'll use Hertz down the street and pay a little more to be treated like I'm a client.
