We are constantly asked if the Froggy Dog is for sale. Yes it is. We are getting close to retirement and will sell when the right buyer comes along. Until that time we will be open for business as usual. We hope to see everyone in the spring. Fred and Denise and our crew are back for another season. We are excited to meet all of you that make the restaurant part of your summer vacation and those of you that live here on Hatteras Island. Froggy Dog Restaurant & Pub has been a Hatteras Island tradition for years and we aim to keep it that way! Our focus is on providing stellar customer service and a menu where everything is made freshfrom our amazing appetizers right on down to our salad dressings. So we invite you in to try it again for the first time! We are located in Avon ( historically named Kinnakeet ), North Carolina. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. You won't want to miss The Froggy Dog signature items Hot Pancakes at breakfast and our Captain's Burger at lunch. After you check out our Menu we are positive you will visit us again! And, don't forget to bring the whole familythe little ones can busy themselves in Tadpole Corner while the adults visit our gift shop, Ribbit's Gifts upstairs. While we keep the kids happy, you can enjoy your scrumptious dinner and vacation of relaxation!
