While the attending Dentist performed a satisfactory job, its staff left a lot to be desired. Trying to inform one of the attenting staff member with some information, I was upruptly told that "it's her business and not mine". During the patient's recovery, I felt a curtain to be opened, and another office staff member, prresented me with the invoice, demanding payment immediately. I was appalled that this could be a new procedure to drive in payments? We were never informed about a senior discount or one for paying by check or cash?

Also another staff member ratteled down the instructions, which were difficult to understand, even when being told to repeat and slow down. By the way, the invoice showed both, being a "new" and "old" patient, although they should have known that we were there before. I also called their office on the same day before 4:00 PM, and the recording mentioned that they are open until 4:30 PM, however, nobody seemed to have been in the office at that time I called.
