I highly recommend this company. From the first phone call I placed, the owner was friendly, available and helpful. Michael ( the appraiser) showed up exactly on time. I could not have selected a better agency to appraise my property than Home Appraisals Inc. They quoted a very competive price, told me when they would do the appraisal (within a few days of my accceptance of their terms, and then conducted and sent the appraisal report to me the next day. The report was thorough and comprehensive, it included every detail one would want to know about the local market. It was so easy to get an appraisal! I went to the website and filled out the online request for a quote so I could find out how much and how long it would take to get my home appraised because I am getting ready to sell it. They sent me an email with the cost ($350) and a link to make payment by credit card if I wanted to order the appraisal. I followed the link and made payment. Then the appraiser called me the next day to schedule the appointment that was convient for me. The inspection was done within 45 minutes and two days later I received my appraisal report by email. It was a huge help to me in making a decision on how to price my house.
