Called Mr Christmas for some garage work the other day due to a spring breaking. Said he'd be there at around 12:30 p.m. 12:30 comes and goes, 1:30, 2:30, 3:30 no phone call at all, no nothing, still haven't heard from him. I do owe him this much. Because of his ineptness, I purchased the spring at a local distributor, went to handyman and bought a rod that I cut in half to make winding bars, and I did it myself. Never have to use him again, won't recommend him to anyone either.

I've used this guy for years. Great personal attention--deal directly with the owner. Nice guy, great service.
