Don't move into an area that chooses to have Texas Community Propane as their provider. The service is terrible, but most importantly their startup fees and non-refundable customer fees are outrageous. Then their monthly bills are just plain stupid. If the house stays at 68 degrees F there is no way they can overcharge you, right? Wrong!! Scandalous!
