Cleveland O'Brien is wonderful.



I have a need to refill small tanks for my horse trailer. It's always such a pain to find some place to get propane. I work in Oak Hill and nothing is close. I happened upon his listing and gave him a call. Though he normally only refills small tanks on Saturday from 8-noon he said he wasn't too busy today so I could bring mine by.



While he filled the tanks he taught me several good things about using/handling propane and how safe it is. He showed me how to do the hot-water test to see how full the tank is without having to pull it off my trailer. He treated that 15 minutes as a good opportunity to help me understand more about what I was using.



His prices were very reasonable as well.



I will be a loyal customer of Cleveland's from here on out.
