Terrible communication

I called him multiple times without a response. When I did get him on the phone, he said he would call me right back, which never happened. i would not use him.

I apologize. I don't recall this incident. I try to treat my customers with respect and strive to return all calls. Maybe I was out of cell range or busy on a job site.
