9 weeks and nothing done - I took my power washer for repair 4/16/18. Two weeks later, I called for status report and was told I needed to authorize repair up to $100 (they hadn't called me). A couple of weeks later, I called and they said they needed to order parts. A couple of weeks later, I called and was told parts were not in. Today, 6/19/18, 9 weeks later, I called and told them I was going to pick up my unrepaired power mower and go somewhere else. When I picked it up, I was told that the parts had never been ordered. I took my power washer to Austin Outdoor Power.

After 5 weeks for a mower tune up, I picked up my mower and found the bolt and nut missing from the self propel handle. Last summer they had it a month and I still had to use starter spray every time. I am a long term customer but looking for a new mower repair company. Would NOT recommend.

I cannot recommend this store. I took in a piece of equipment in, it took a month to get a call that my small tiller would cost $190 to fix. I asked for them to not, it was not worth that. i arrived and was charged $27 for (breakdown). I was then handed my tiller with a bag attached with all the parts. i asked what is this and was told it is your parts off the unit, and was told it would be another $27 to put it back together. I complained a bit and responded this was not right and i will leave a bad review. He said i am the owner and do 40,000 invoices a yr so one bad review won't hurt. Well i see a lot of bad reviews already on their site so heres one more.

Don’t waste your time and money in this establishment. I took my Ariens riding lawn mower to fix a problem. They took 4 weeks to get it back to me, and the saddest part they did not fix the problem all they did was the service. When I called to check on the status the manager said they had found the problem and they were going to order blades and a cab kit, a week went by did not hear from them so I called back the tractor was not ready. By this time I’m frustrated I mention to them if they can’t fix the riding lawn mower I was going to pick it up and not pay them a single dime, three hours went by Tony called saying “the tractor was ready but they are still waiting for the blades.” When I got there I ask one of the workers if they fix the problem he said “yes” I also ask him “what about the cab kit?” He looks at me and says “we did not replace the cab kit”, in other words the only thing they did was the service. Which the service was not the problem! Save your self from a headache this place is a waste of time.

I was extemely happy at the service I received from Jay at McCoys Lawn Equipment. He took quite a bit of time reviewing the different brands he had along with what would fit my needs and use. He sold me a unit he did not even have in stock where as most people will sell you what is in front of you to make the deal. I received my product in just a few days and another person in his staff even assembled it for me before I left. I also purchased some parts for my weadeater and blades for my mower. They were competitively priced and did not try to bend me over as M & C equipment in Brenham did. M & C tried to charge me nearly double as what McCoys did. I would higly recommend McCoys for your lawn needs. I work in parts sales and it is nice to be treated well when you go some where.

We took our 3 year old lawn mower there to get routine maintenance. They were very professional and did a great job. I would recommend them to everyone.
