Thank the heavens above I never did business with these people. I heard a horror story from a friend after I mentioned what happened to me when I called them for a simple estimate. I called the other week and spoke to a lady who was extremely rude. I asked for them to come and take a look at my sets of trees for an estimate and she tells me they will charge me whatever they want (exact words) when they get out there according to the service and that they did not want to waste their time on estimating. WHAT??!!!!

I said very nicely I am not goign to just pay you whatever you want, I would like an estimate first to see if it's worth it. I am on a retirement income and can't just throw money around.

SO she said, "well, you just wasted my time now, and I would not do your service even if you paid for it".

Then I told this story to my friend and she said they came and did her trees, topped one tree, and charged her a terribly high amount. She said she did not think the 1/2 hour they spent trimming the top of ONE tree was worth $800! They said they will be bringing a lawsuit against her! She has pics of before and after so, good luck.

I would never do business with these people.
