Not quite sure who this customer is, we have a 100% guarantee for customer satisfaction. We personally attend to all customers, and if there was a problem, we would already have solved it. We've never doubted the customer, or made a customer feel as if they couldn't inform us of any issues. As for ordering the wrong part and forcing a part to fit sounds a little off, car parts can me modified, but most the time a suspension part is built specifically, and cannot be altered to fit other vehicles without spending some serious time and money. We've had many shortages of workers, and numerous times we can account for phone company related issues, and scheduling is not any better. This we will definitely vouch for as our company is growing, we have a long waiting list, and certain things effect our capabilities of pulling in vehicles on time and returning them on time. We are here to satisfy the customer, if it means reschedule so that they can have their vehicle pulled in and out, so be it, thats what the customer wants. We simply cannot imagine anyone spending a dime, become dissatisfied, and not mention it. We take all opinions in, no matter good or bad. We want to know how your experience with us went. Our customers look for reviews, and we want to keep them coming.

Personally, i see 1 out of 7 things that couldnt be done a good thing. Ultimately it means that the one thing we couldnt do was something we do not specialize in that field. Wouldnt anyone want someone to be a specialist in what the customer wanted done rather than someone who wants to use your vehicle as a guinea pig? 6 things we could do successfully with a lifetime warranty, 1 thing we cant do, says we are a pro shop, and honest at that.
