I'very been a customer for almost 10 years. Customer service is now nonexistent. They don't even answer the phone at the local office. Billing is deplorable. Got propane bills and collection calls for Propane ordered 2 years after I sold the house. I would call to tell them I don't live there anymore. 3 plus years later, they have my old address on file for me. Dumping the dead weight today and going with Absolute Propane. Life is too short to deal with incompetence.
