My propane company had recently filled my 500 gallon tank even though I still had 35 percent full reading on my tank , enough for another month. I had been on a auto refill program and noticed that they come and fill my tank when prices are at there highest. Amerigas filled my tank and when I went online to check theinvoice I was stunned to see that they were charging me 4.99 a gallon. I called their office to be told that there was a propane shortage in Texas, THERE IS NO SHORTAGE OF PROPANE IN TEXAS! I did get t speak to a manager after I got a quote of 2.65 a gallon from Absolute Propane. He told me if I could get this quote in a email he would honor the quote which to his credit he did. I would suggest changing to a new provider mainly Absolute Propane,Debba Dr location. I have nothing but praise for Mitch the office manager who took the time to help me with my situation. I will be converting to Absolute Propane for all my needs and will recommend them to all my family and friends in the area.
