Brand new floor that we installed. Decided to hire a professional to do the finishing as we wanted a professional job in our living room. Not happy with job. Sanding of floor not done well. Blotchy stain job, doesn't seem to have sanded an alcove area at all, it is extremely rough feeling. Did not clean dust from sanding properly, so there is some dust embedded in the first coat of sealant. When mentioned that we were not satisfied with the way job was turning out, contractor was not amenable to correcting deficiencies. We did not have him complete the job. Would not recommend this company to finish your hardwood floor. Not so "top notch."
