I purchased a vehicle for my daughter in May. I've been waiting for the permanent plates so I went by there a few weeks ago. It looks like they took off. There are no cars in the lot. They never registered the vehicle. A friend of mine also bought her car there about 6 months ago and she found out that her vehicle was never registered.

Looking for anyone who bought a car from U Save Auto within the last 6-8 months.

Terry helped me tremendously when I purchased my new car. I wasn't for sure if it was all going to work out with my credit being the way it is but we found a fair deal in the middle and everything worked out. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends!

The worst of the worst,,,terry the so called salesmen was the lowest,rudest dirt bag ever,,,people please do not go here and buy from him he told me and my wife to leave because I didn't like the car,,,jajajaj a little did he know I was carrying 5000 in cash and was going to buy something from there,,,your loss terry you loser,,,I have already told every friend and family members to to go near there,,also my co workers that I work with in aurora,,,AGAIN DO NoT GO HERE!!!!!!!! I have gotten two cars from terry at u save autos. Both of the cars were in excellent condition. And I love how everyone talks about Terrys "unprofessional" attitude... Hes far from that. Hes a family man and a realist. If you come to him with horrible credit and repos on your record how.do you expect him to help you ?! But I guarantee he will try his hardest to help you. We brought our two young children with us and he was so patient and kind to our kids, gave them something to color with and a snack. Then told us about his family and kids. And I dont want people to think im writing this review just because he did help us, because I had some bumps in the road as far as my credit and he still tried to get me a loan even though it took him a few attempts. But in the end, he did. And I absolutely love my car. Only one time in a year I thought something was wrong with my car, I,called terry and he sent someone to my house right away. And nothing was wrong with it! But he made sure!

Just bought a car and have to say - they have excellent service. The owner, Terry, is not a people person, but was a straight shooter with us. How many used car salesman can you say about that? After we drove the car out of the lot, we discovered the lock to the hatchback didn't work. Big problem. Terry told us to bring it back to him. The mechanic got it fixed in under an hour and didn't charge us a penny. I couldn't say better things about this place!!

I will be a customer for life have had 5 transactions and received

5 star service each time Terry and his whole crew bent over backwards to make us happy you just don't find service like that any more I recommend you save your time money and aggravation and just go to u save auto first

The service here was absolutely appalling. We test drive a car her. The brakes were bad and a maintenance light was on. Terry offered to sell it to us with these problems and fix it later. Since no reasonable person would pay full price for a broken car, we offered half the list price. He laughed at us and told us to leave. I was shocked that an adult running a business could be so childish and rude. The place was filthy and everyone was dressed like slobs. STAY AWAY!

I have NEVER ran across a grown man that was all rude n my life ....very poor pple skills!! He threaten me and at the time I'm in process of takeing legal action....his money Hungrey if he would do it right instead of letting the car go b4 he has all the paper work this whole experience would of been avoid...I told him I don't have and was unsure of paper work on pay stub on how fast I can get it it was a Friday.....n he had a fit!!! AND THE MESSED UP PART IS THE FINANCE COMPANY IS CLOSED TILL MONDAY !!!......HE SAID HE CAN'T WAIT TILL THUR!! If that was the case then I would went back THURS day.!!!! Smh

if i could give it zero stars I would, WORST dealership ive been to. the "owner" terry told me to tell my GRANDMOTHER to go f*** herself and things have become even worse since their shop closing and the "new company" that has taken over. I have been to the secretary of state police and now have made contact with the attorney general. I am looking for more people who have had problems with this company or people who continue to have problems like me. thanks.

We have bought several cars and they have been good cars. That is why we always come back to buy with them, and they always treat us good.

My cousin bought a car from this place and said that it was a great experience. I am going to check it out when I get my tax money back. I will follow up after I get my car.
