This Toys R Us is by far the best in the area. The store is clean, the employees are helpful and returns are made easily and with a smile at the customer service area. I have never had a bad experience in this store!

I cannot say enough about how superb the customer service I received at Toys R Us recently. The young woman at the customer service desk was personable, professional, patient and did her job with a smile! The customer before me was rude and inconsiderate, but the customer service girl never faltered. Toys R Us is extremely lucky to have her as an employee!!
