This location deserves 0 stars. The manager Tiffany is 98% of the reason this store is so bad. I showed up 5 minutes after they were scheduled to open and Tiffany refused to even look at me through the window.. I tried asking when they would be open and she kept saying "we're closed." No really?! Even after I wrote a note and put it up to the window asking when they would be open she only said "we're closed" (with an attitude) she wouldn't even walk to the door to talk to me.



I was so disappointed that I wanted to complain to customer service. I called a little while later and she said the names of the girls working were Josiphina and Francine. It was after I made the complaint that I spoke to the great people at the location at 305 W INDIAN TRL STE D, AURORA, IL that I was corrected and told her name was Tiffany. The manager at Indian trail, David, was AMAZING and convinced us to stay with Tmobile



TMOBILE YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE MANAGER THERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP CUSTOMERS.

I would honestly give this place zero stars if i could. I went in here to start the process of getting a replacement phone, since i accidentelly dropped it and the screen cracked. As I was telling the reps my about my phone and saying that i had the insurance, the woman rep just kept repetedly telling me that they cant do in-store exchanges. After finally getting her to understand that I did not want an exchange and to only start the replacement process she said that "I should just do that at home since it is not tmoblie that actually insures the phone." By this time I had had enough, I told her to stop and that she refused to understand my request and walked out

I just went in to get my little Yorkie a layer trim and got a brand new groomer, just out of school. I do have to admit I was a little scared at first but after seeing my little Balou, there was no doubt in my mind that she wasn't a good groomer. I think her name was Kaysie. I could tell that Balou had a great time and that he was really taken care of. I will always go to Kaysie from now on.

They focus on that you can see your dog while they are grooming. When I brought my little yorkie, Scruffy, in, I was shocked! The lobby was so small, Scruffy was nipped by another dog and no one working there noticed. They say they focus on dog's overall health and well being.I was waiting for 30 minutes and there was consistant traffic of employees and none of them pay any attention to me. I was also looking at the tv screen they had there and there were 3 large Great Danes in the bathing area harassing the other dogs! When I got Scruffy back, he was still all wet and his paws were bleeding! I would never take my Scruffy there ever again! Please don't take your dogs there either! Keep them safe!
