I brought my 2007 Subaru Forester here for new tires and decided I might as well get my oil changed there at the same time. When I picked up my car, I didn't even make it out of the parking lot before I noticed that it was not shifting into gear properly and heard a grinding sound. Several hours later, they figured out that the mechanic had drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil!!! They kept the car overnight to "get the right transmission fluid." The next day, they spent a couple more hours on it and declared it "all done," despite them having put in a transmission fluid not recommended for my vehicle. They bawked at my insistence at a dealer inspection, and made me spend a week going through their insurance process in order to get the vehicle inspected to see if they had damaged my transmission, and in order to get it refilled with the proper fluid. In short, the tires are great, but I would not let them lift the hood of my car ever again.
