I have been wanted to drop you a note to thank you for going above and beyond helping my husband purchase a ring. About 3 or 4 years ago my wedding ring was stolen. It had been purchased from Matthew Erickson in '94. This past Christmas my husband purchased me a new wedding ring from your store. He has MS and needed much more assistance than your average customer. Thank you so much for everything. The ring is absolutely stunning and so similar to my original! It is so appreciated. There are so many jewelers to choose from in Chicago area, but Matthew Erickson Jewelers (in outer ring near Fox Valley Mall) is our ONLY choice! The business is Family-owned and their owner is an experienced, registered gemologist. We have purchased jewelry here, traded gold and had wristwatches serviced. Custom jewelry design services are also available. We have also ordered jewelry from their many catalogues for special occasions, like communion, Sweet 16, etc. Service is prompt and staff is very knowledgable. Prices are competitive, and jewelry is top-notch. Beautiful showroom.
